1. Overview These terms govern your purchase from Nerova ("we", "us"), a custom sisal car mat brand handcrafted in Alleppey, Kerala. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Products All Nerova mats are made to order, custom-fitted to your specific car model. Product images are representative — minor variations in texture and tone are natural characteristics of handwoven sisal and are not defects.
3. Ordering Orders are placed via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from our team and payment is completed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund issued promptly.
4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and COD at select pin codes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will always be honoured at the price quoted.
5. Shipping Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation. Delivery across India takes 10–14 business days. Shipping is free on all orders. A tracking link will be shared on WhatsApp once dispatched. Nerova is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Custom Orders & Returns Because every mat is made to your car's specifications, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Exceptions are made only where there is a verified quality or sizing error on our part, in which case we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and supporting photos shared via WhatsApp. Claims raised after this window cannot be processed.
