Order Processing All Nerova mats are handcrafted to order by our weavers in Alleppey, Kerala. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of confirmation. Custom sizing requests may require an additional 1–2 days.

Delivery Timelines Delivery across India typically takes 10–14 business days from the date of dispatch. All orders are shipped with full tracking, and your tracking link will be sent to your WhatsApp number once dispatched.

Shipping Free shipping on all orders, anywhere in India. No minimums, no hidden charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please share an unboxing video and photos with us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges Since every mat is custom-made to your car model and specifications, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a quality or sizing issue on our end, we will make it right — no questions asked.

Cash on Delivery COD is available at select pin codes. Our team will confirm availability when you place your order on WhatsApp.
