Our Policy Every Nerova mat is handcrafted to order, custom-fitted to your specific car model. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is confirmed and production has begun.

We ask that you double-check your car model and variant details before confirming your order. Our team is always available on WhatsApp to help you get the sizing right before you buy.

When We Will Replace or Refund We will arrange a free replacement or full refund in the following situations:

  • The mat delivered does not match the car model you ordered
  • There is a manufacturing defect — loose weave, unfinished edges, structural damage
  • The order arrives damaged due to shipping

How to Raise a Claim

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share a clear unboxing video and photos showing the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
  4. If approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days at no cost to you

What Is Not Covered

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Damage caused by moisture, improper cleaning, or heavy wear
  • Minor natural variations in sisal texture or tone — these are characteristics of handwoven natural fibre, not defects
  • Orders where no unboxing video is available

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refund Timeline Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
