About the material
Sisal is a natural fibre extracted from the leaves of the Agave sisalana plant — one of the strongest plant fibres in the world, used in industrial ropes and marine applications for its durability and abrasion resistance.
Our sisal is woven by artisans in Alleppey, Kerala, where mat-weaving has been practiced for over 200 years.
Sisal and jute are botanically unrelated — sisal is from the Agave plant, jute from the Corchorus genus. A sensitivity to jute does not mean a sensitivity to sisal.
The vast majority of our customers — including families with young children — have reported no issues.
No. Unlike rubber or 3D/PVC mats which off-gas chemical fumes, sisal is completely odour-free — no chemical treatments, synthetic coatings, or additives.
With basic maintenance — occasional brushing and keeping them dry — Nerova mats typically last 3–5 years. Unlike rubber or PVC, sisal does not crack, warp, or discolour over time.

Yes, pan-India. You pay when your mats arrive — no advance required.
Bundle 1 — Front + Middle Row (from ₹2,499): 2 front + 1–2 middle row mats, custom-cut with anti-slip backing.
Bundle 2 — Full Set (from ₹3,999): Everything in Bundle 1 plus third row and boot/cargo mat. Exact pricing varies by model.
Delivery and returns
5–7 business days from confirmed payment. You'll get a WhatsApp tracking link once dispatched.
We stand behind our fitment. If there's a sizing error on our part, we remake and reship at zero cost — no questions asked.
Since every mat is made to order we can't accept change-of-mind returns. For defects or transit damage, raise within 48 hours via WhatsApp with photos and we'll replace immediately.
