Return & Replacement Policy

At Nerova, every product is custom-made based on your car's specifications and selected color. As a result, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Returns & Replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect.

  • If there is a color mismatch caused by us, i.e., the color manufactured is different from what was ordered.

🔧 Replacement Process:

  • Claims must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Customers must provide the Order ID, along with images or videos clearly showing the issue, via email or WhatsApp.

  • After verification, we will process a replacement at no extra cost within India.

  • For international orders, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

🚫 Refund Policy:

  • As all products are made to order, we do not offer refunds unless a replacement is not possible due to an error on our part (extremely rare).
