By using our website and placing an order with Nerova, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Made-to-Order: All products are custom-made based on the car model and color selected at the time of order.

2. Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun due to the bespoke nature of the product.

3. Returns & Replacement: Returns are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect or a color mismatch caused by us.

4. No Refund Policy: Refunds are not applicable except when a replacement cannot be processed due to an error on our end.

5. Production & Delivery Timelines: Production and delivery are completed within 14 days from order confirmation.

6. Intellectual Property: All content, including product images, logos, and designs, is the property of Nerova. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy & Data Use: Customer data is collected solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and communication purposes in line with our Privacy Policy.
